My tracking shows delivered, but I never received anything?

We are very sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. Sometimes couriers tracking systems will update prematurely, and the package arrives 1-2 business days after being marked as delivered. This is certainly not typical.


If your order doesn’t arrive within the next 1-2 business days, please contact your local post office. They will need your tracking number, which you should have received in a shipping confirmation email. If for whatever reason your order has been confirmed as lost or untraceable, we’ll be happy to assist you.
