How do I manage my subscriptions?

Within your self-service member portal, you have the ability to select a specific shipment date or adjust the frequency of your subscription plan in daily, weekly, and monthly increments up to 12 months.

Once signed in, select “Manage Subscriptions”.

  • Find the plan you want to update from the list and select "edit"
  • From here you can select a new frequency for your plan
  • You can add/remove products for upcoming shipments
  • You can change the next charge date by clicking the "Next Charge Date"
  • Skip a shipment by selecting "Skip Shipment"
  • Or click on "Order Now" to have your product ship the next day
  • Update your shipping address for each subscription
  • Update your payment method on file
